Cedar Cove home sells for $1.9 million

H. Monroe Warrington, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home in Cedar Cove at 7020 Captain Kidd Ave. to Warrington II Family Limited Partnership LLLP for $1.9 million. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 2,520 square feet of living area.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 26 and Dec. 30. Of this week’s 34 sales, two were for more than $1 million, including this week’s top sale and a sale on Casey Key.

SARASOTA
Camino Real
William and Kathleen Seider, Sarasota, sold their home at 4552 Camino Real to Kenneth and Mitzie Henson, Sarasota, for $780,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 1993.

Johnson Estates
Todd and Deborah Thacker, Sarasota, sold their home at 1510 Bay Road to David Johnson, Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,723 square feet of living area.

Washington Park
Roger and Tara Ley, Treasure Island, sold their home at 1876 Oak St. to Ronald Kashden and Kelly Franklin, Sarasota, for $737,500. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2010.

Desota Park
Equine Real Estate LLC, trustee, sold the home at 1896 Hibiscus St. to Louis Maradie and Traute Winsor, Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2011.

The Landings
Dale Raines sold his home at 4801 W. Peregrine Point Circle to Marc and Pamea Delisle, Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2008.

Condominium on the Bay Tower II
Eugene and Julie Kauzlarich sold their Unit 509 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Alexsandra Coles, Universty Park, for $499,900. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2003.

Roland Oaks Estates
HSBC Bank USA, NA, trustee, sold the home at 7125 Roland Oaks Circle to Bradley and Elisa Cohen, Sarasota, for $499,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $965,000 in 2005.

Kanaya
Anna Gervait, trustee, Tampa, sold the Unit 1003 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Samuel Petersheim of Arthur, Ill., for $475,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2007.

Southpointe Shores
Barbara Dunn, trustee, of Monroe, N.C., sold the home at 1859 Southpointe Drive to Diogie Animal Rescue LLC for $375,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,765 square feet of living area.

Roselawn
Reinhold Klein, Sarasota, sold his home at 2047 Roselawn St. to James Schirtzinger and Charlene Goeglein, of Dayton, Ohio, for $345,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,450 square feet of living area.

Alinari
ACP/Alinari LLC sold the Unit 107 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Thomas and Nancy Campbell, Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,952 square feet of living area.

River Forest
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 5324 Carmilfra Way to Francis Barbella, of Somerville, N.J., for $311,900. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,954 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,100 in 2004.

Pelican Cove
Harvey and Barbara Erdsneker, of Nyack, N.Y., sold their Unit 156 condominium at 1515 Clower Creek Drive to Elca Branman, trustee, Sarasota, for $295,100. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2006.

Schooner Bay
Otto Plescia and Anne Plecia, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 6676 condominium at 6676 Schooner Bay Circle to Michael Plescia, of Metuchen, N.J., for $240,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,500 in 1997.

Siesta Pointe
Edward and Janice Petrovits, of Bayside, N.Y., sold their Unit B10 condominium at 8900 Duval Lane to Joseph Savino, Sarasota, for $232,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $629,800 in 2007.

Ellen Shupe sold her home at 1729 Bayonne St. to Christine Baumeyer, Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $146,000 in 2003.

Robert Alexander, of Pentwater, Mich., sold the home at 6151 Hollywood Blvd. to Randall and Catherine Skuba, Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1975, it has six bedrooms, three baths and 2,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2005.

South Highland
John Lambie, Sarasota, sold his home at 1813 Worrington St. to Stuart and Laurie Shapiro, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,800 in 2008.

Eileen Watts, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 4779 Watermark Lane to Joseph and Carol Micali, of Holmdel, N.J., for $320,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1999.

Timothy and Patricia Welke, of Kalamazoo, Mich., sold their home at 5791 Ivrea Drive to Patricia Andiorio, of Toms River, N.J., for $271,900. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2002.

Golden Acres
Jacqueline Vizzi, Sarasota, sold two homes at 5859/5861 Olive St. and 3175 Lexington St. to Raymur Properties LLC for $268,000. The first was built in 1967 and has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1967 and has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $390,000 in 2004.

Isles of Sarasota
DiVosta Homes LP sold the home at 5842 Guarino Drive to David and Bethamy Weinberger, of Peabody, Mass., for $245,600. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Palmer Ranch
Debra Wanless, Sarasota, sold her home at 9648 Knightsbridge Circle to RAAD Realty LLC for $215,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,100 in 1993.

Sorrento Shores
Sam Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., sold his home at 218 Sorrento Drive to Terry and Tonya Herschberger, Osprey, for $475,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2011.

Park Trace Estates
Larry Wasik and Patricia Ronshaugen, Osprey, sold their home at 383 Park Trace Blvd. to Richard and Karin James, of Vernon, Conn., for $400,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,701 square feet of living area.

The Villas at Osprey Harbor Village
Joseph Niece, of Carlstadt, N.J., sold his Unit M3 condominium at 14041 Bellagio Way to Irwin Kahn and Sondra Kahn, trustees, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $855,800 in 2006.

NOKOMIS
Kevin Baker, of Wilbraham, Mass., sold his home at 452 Picasso Drive to Jason and LeeAnn Marano, of Clinton, Conn., for $450,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,109 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2002.

CASEY KEY
Jerry and Rita Collins, of Marion, Ind., sold their home at 710 Casey Key Road to Lawson Hardwick III, of Brentwood, Tenn., for $1.5 million. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2006.
