Geraldine Elliott, Sarasota, sold her Cocoanut Bayou home at 271 Cedar Park Circle to Robert and Wendy Shusko, Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 1990.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions on Siesta Key took place between Dec. 26 and Dec. 30. Of this week’s seven sales, one topped $1 million.

Sunrise Cove
James Byard and Guaranty Bank and Trust Co. sold the Unit 525 condominium at 9011 Midnight Pass Road to Leland and Susanne Reineke, of Nankin, Ohio, for $410,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,000 in 1978.

Island House
Katherine Blanchard, Venice, and Ellen Blanchard, trustee, Nokomis, sold the Unit 26 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to 2211105 Ontario Inc. for $390,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,101 square feet of living area.

Eduardo and Mercedes Suarez-Solar, trustees, sold the Unit 8 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to Andy and Diane Theophylactou, of Ontario, Canada, for $340,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1985.

Simon Kraaipoel and Marleen Kraaipoel Versteeg sold their Unit C-118 condominium at 1153 Lake House Circle to Colleen McLaughlin, trustee, of Wheaton, Ill., for $340,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1995.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Joan Ruch, Sarasota, sold her Unit 532 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Leon and Paula Hasnain, of Laurel, Md., for $290,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1992.

Gulf and Bay Club
Brenda Lazin and Lynn Lazin Thompson sold their Unit 210 condominium at 5780 Midnight Pass Road to Alyssia Lazin Kapic and Paul Kapic and Malcolm Lazin, Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,500 in 1996.
