Grand Bay condo sells for $880,000

Timothy Radigan, of Dunwoody, Ga., sold his Unit 282 condominium at Grand Bay, 3040 Grand Bay Blvd., to Diane Richter, of Louisville, Ky., for $880,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2000.
This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 2 and Jan. 6.

Bay Isles
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., sold the home at 1590 Harbor Cay Lane to Steven Hanson, Bradenton, for $759,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,100 in 2000.

Longboat Key Towers
Brenda McDonald, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit S-203 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Alan Rosenblatt and Barbara Keenan, of Alexandria, Va., for $745,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 1999.

The Diplomat
Jeanette Caproon, Pauline Johns and Margaret Carlson, of McHenry, Ill., sold their Unit 233 condominium at 3155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Plyser Properties LLC for $400,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $42,500 in 1976.

Longboat Harbour
Robert Ray and Jane Stephenson, Longboat Key, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Thomas Drugan and Mary Drugan, trustees, Longboat Key, for $270,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2006.

Longboat Arms
David and Ann Edwards, of Liverpool, England, sold their Unit 202C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Simon Wallace, of Liverpool, England, for $155,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 1993.

Lido Shores
Christopher and Janice Amstutz, Bradenton, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Richard Bond, Candy Bond and Charlotte South, of Monkton, Md., for $328,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2010.
