Four-bedroom Lyons Lane home sells for $990,000

Paul and Sherri Stanley, Tampa, sold their home at 668 Lyons Lane, in Sleepy Lagoon, to Donald and Annette Niederpruem, Tampa, for $990,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,057 square feet of living area.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13.

Fairway Bay III
Justin and Jane Tracy, Sarasota, sold their Unit 536 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Susan Tobin, Longboat Key, for $545,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $293,000 in 1988.

Casa del Mar
Challis Marshall and Mary Marshall, trustees, sold the Unit 5A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Deborah Wathen, of Louisville, Ky., for $420,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1979.
