Taylor Morrison unveils Esplanade

Hundreds of prospective homebuyers flocked to Taylor Morrison’s new Esplanade community Jan. 21-22, during the homebuilder’s grand opening celebration in Lakewood Ranch.

The company unveiled five new model homes, which start in the low $200,000s. Sizes range from about 1,700- to 2,600-square feet.

Located on 207 acres north of State Road 70 and east of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Esplanade will boast 450 maintenance-free villas and single-family homes once complete.

The community includes amenities such as a heated lagoon-style lap pool, spa, outdoor barbecue space, resort-style clubhouse, bocce courts and more. Construction on an amenity center will start this month and be completed by mid-summer.
