This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13.

Ray Delaney, Sarasota, sold his home at 311 Avenida Madera to Mark and Susanne Hogan, of Crystal Lake, Ill., for $975,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2006.

Jamaica Royale Tower II
Siesta Key GSS LLC sold the Unit 702 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Greg and Sharon Sharon, of Carol Stream, Ill., for $354,600. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet. It previously sold for $1.175 million in 2005.

Crystal Sands
Scott and Karen Finley, of Bixby, Okla., sold their Unit 4 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to JAV Investments LLC for $350,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $508,000 in 2004.

Fisherman’s Cove
Kirk and Phyllis Smith, Winter Haven, sold their Unit A112 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Tikkana Akurati, of Vernon Hills, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2001.

Bay Island Park
US Bank, NA, trustee, sold the home at 3445 Anglin Drive to June Tran, Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,771 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $307,500 in 1999.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
Salvatore and Alice Venditto and Anthony and Eleanor Tola sold their Unit 208 condominium at 6285 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Hagenah and Silke Moeller-Hagenah, of Elmshorn, Germany, for $310,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $107,000 in 1988.

Dolphin Siesta Harbor
Richard and Patricia Giles sold their Unit 8 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to Donald Campbell, of Wilmette, Ill., for $250,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.
