The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 18 and June 22. A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lynn Duvall and James Duvall, of Bradenton, sold their home at 621 Yardarm Lane to Charles and Sharon Ford, of Boerne, Texas, for $2,647,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 5,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.95 million in 2001.

The Water Club II at Longboat Key
John and Janice Connor sold their Unit 1005 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Laurie, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $1.2 million. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,425,000 in 2001.

Sabal Cove
Stanley Imhulse, of Urbana, Ohio, sold his home at 3343 Sabal Cove Place to Alan and Debra Wasserman, of Wakefield, R.I., for $950,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $860,000 in 2002.

Beachplace
Gary McKinstry, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 401 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roy and Elyse Zitomer, of Washington Township, N.J., for $672,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 1991.

Joseph Grano Jr. sold his Unit 304 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Carol Fiorito, of Stamford, Conn., for $565,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,000 in 1995.

Grand Bay
Michael Laurie, of Williamsville, N.Y., sold the Unit 631 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Joel Jacobson and Lois Dimore, of Chatham, N.J., for $579,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,000 in 2002.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Barbara Refram, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 505 condominium at 2171 Harbourside Drive to Anna McCann, of Longboat Key, for $539,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 2008.

Aquarius Club
Robert Marcus, of New York, sold the Unit 5-E condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank DeQuattro, of Wakefield, R.I., for $420,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,500 in 1986.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Krenson Corp. sold the Unit 102 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Seamon and Robin Banet, of New Albany, Ind., for $368,750. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $735,000 in 2005.

Longbeach Village
Roberta Burnett, trustee, of Lake Forest, Ill., sold the Unit 13 condominium at 7145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Morris and Carolyn Daniels, of Chadds Ford, Pa., for $299,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.
