Rigby Court home tops week's sales at $665,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 18 and June 22.

Two homes in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Beth Barrett, of Louisville, Ky., sold their home at 7519 Rigby Court to Robert and Stella Gallo, of Bradenton, for $665,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,537 square feet of living area.

Rosemary Stevenson, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6802 Dominion Lane to Alexander and Carolyn Schwarzbauer, of Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2006.

Greenbrook Village
Towne Realty of W. Florida Inc. sold the home at 14623 Sundial Place to Dennis and Kimberly Visser, of Lakewood Ranch, for $399,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,607 square feet of living area.

Peter Beauchamp and Stefanie Beaucamp sold their home at 6457 Indigo Bunting Place to Damon and Nichola Bell, of Lakewood Ranch, for $397,700. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2009.

Lennox Gardens
Kenneth and Nancy Viar sold their home at 6944 Lennox Place to Michael and Mary Kendall, of University Park, for $375,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2003.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
James and Cheri Desarno, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7840 Valderrama Way to John and Patricia Dewitt, of Huntington Station, N.Y., for $372,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,600 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Wexford 7407 LLC sold the home at 7407 Wexford Court to Suzanne Schirm, of Lakewood Ranch, for $327,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,000 in 2009.

Gloria Connolly and Carol Bayreuther, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7151 Presidio Glen to Tara Bolesta, of Lakewood Ranch, for $229,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area.

Frank D’Orio Jr., trustee, sold the home at 7010 Woodmore Terrace to Angeline Komarow, of Lakewood Ranch, for $215,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,400 in 2002.

Bruce and Marie Silverman, of Westminster, Md., sold their home at 8715 51st Terrace E. to Susan Hubbell, of Bradenton, for $324,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2009.

Larry and Gail Dyer, of Woodstock, Ill., sold their home at 8726 49th Terrace E. to James and Judy Slaggy, of Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,500 in 2003.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
Danielle Gladding, of Sarasota, and Jeanne Hill, of Suwanee, Ga., sold their home at 5512 Country Lakes Trail to John and Nancy Wheeler, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,715 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2010.

River Place
Bank of America sold the home at 6970 74th St. Circle E. to Ronald and Marva Reeves, of Bradenton, for $272,100. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $487,700 in 2005.

Tara
Peter Keenan, of Bradenton, sold his home at 6468 Rookery Circle to Anthony Segreti Jr. and Marita Liebegut, of Bethesda, Md., for $228,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,486 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2005.

James and Joanne Lally, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6316 Turners Gap Road to Deborah Harding, of Mount Pearl, Canada, for $209,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,000 in 2004.
