Five-bedroom Hansen home sells for $2 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 18 and June 22.

A home in Hansen tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lee and Janice Harris, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1200 Quail Drive to J. Morgan and Alison O’Donoghue, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 1978, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,951 square feet of living area.

Sapphire Shores
Donna Hess, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4911 Brywill Circle to John Lane Jr., of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.

Rivo at Ringling
William and Lesley Walters, of Peaks Island, Maine, sold their Unit 702 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Joseph Peixoto and Christine Peixoto, of Oxnard, Calif., for $400,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,700 in 2006.

1350 Main Residential
KC Investments LLC sold the Unit 812 condominium at 1350 Main St. to James and Shelagh Needham, of Ightham Kent, United Kingdom, for $345,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,300 in 2007.

Ridgewood
David and Valerie Farrell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4342 Riverwood Ave. to Jason Cannon and Susan McCarvill, trustees, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Harbor Apartments
Robert and Nergish Weisberg, of Rockville, Md., sold their Unit 33 condominium at 761 Ringling Blvd. to Bruno Castelli and Linda Castelli, of Rockaway, N.J., for $260,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $32,500 in 1974.

Sunset Towers
Mark Garrison, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 102 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to William and Janet Decklever, of Davenport, Iowa, for $221,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 1999.

Riverwood Park
Wladyslaw Sarat, of Macomb, Mich., sold his home at 4800 Riverwood Ave. to Bruce and Terri Saba, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,016 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2007.

Foley Holdings Corp. sold the home at 4131 Boca Pointe Drive to Peter and Julia Howgego for $700,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,133 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2007.

The Hamptons
Jaime Gray, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4908 Bridgehampton Blvd. to Mark and Carolyn Mallinger, of Pittsburgh, for $477,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,000 in 1999.

Deer Creek
Steven Mickley and Richard Mickley, trustees, and Edith Mickley, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8455 Cypress Hollow Drive to Timothy and Kathy Banister, of Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 1993.

Carl and Mary Shelden, trustees, of Osprey, sold the home at 5136 Far Oak Circle to Stafford and Mary Smith, of Sarasota, for $299,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2003.

Dewayne and Carol Hartle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5506 Modena Place to Russell and Sandra Lehner, of McKeesport, Pa., for $269,900. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,800 in 2003.

DTM Development Inc. sold the Unit E2 condominium at 14021 Bellagio Way to Edward Balchunas, of Osprey, for $480,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,190 square feet of living area.

Edward Johnson Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 1607 Livingstone St. to Gregory and Rhonda Mears, of Marietta, Ohio, for $238,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,300 in 1994.

Sorrento Shores
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 320 Gaugin Drive to Sam Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., for $230,100. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,388 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2006.

Calusa Lakes
Eric Pitman, of Skaneateles, N.Y., sold his home at 2020 Calusa Lakes Bvld. to James and Patricia Ask, of Nokomis, for $400,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2002.

Bobby and Linda Sissom, of Hollywood, sold their home at 2118 Calusa Lakes Blvd. to PNC Bank, trustee, for $347,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $251,500 in 2001.
