A home in Tortoise Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. George and Karen Flynn, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1159 Horizon View Drive to Kathleen Brown, of Cincinnati, for $900,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,224 square feet of living area.
Siesta’s Bayside
Doug Mashke, of Sarasota, sold his home at 703 Tropical Circle to Jeffrey and Rosemary Bloch, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,913 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2007.
Lawrence and Arlene Bauer sold their home at 4544 Woodside Road to Robert Amyot and Richard Beaudet, of Quebec City, for $600,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1996.

Elizabeth McCuistion, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., sold her Unit 805 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Leonard and Mary Feddema, of Angela, Ind., for $585,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 1998.
Robert and Ethel Richards, trustees, of N. Canton, Ohio, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to James and Eileen Shannon, of Redbark, N.J., for $450,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,500 in 1991.

GLK Properties Ltd. sold the Unit 204 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to RMDM LLC for $555,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area.
Jeffrey Fidler and Robyn Fidler, trustees, and Robert Fidler, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 5916 Midnight Pass Road to SAMAW402 LLC for $442,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $41,500 in 1972.

Davis Klein sold his home at 1233 Sea Plume Way to Patricia Donovan, trustee, of Chicago, for $440,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2000.

Real Properties LLC sold the Unit 501-G condominium at 8773 Midnight Pass Road to Sean McQueary and Kimberly McQueary, trustees, of Springfield, Mo., for $415,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2007.

Jeffrey and Elizabeth Lecklider and Stephen and Shannon Jones sold their Unit 203 condominium at 6204 Midnight Pass Road to Marco Drudi and Marilena Sebastiano, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $395,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Barry Schechter, Lawrence Schechter and Ricki Avant, of Florence, Mass., sold their Unit 305 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Barry Schechter and Kathy Hibshman, of Florence, Mass., for $366,700.
