Neal and Jennifer Horne sold their home at 648 Dream Island Road to Jonathan and Barbara Grimes, of Longboat Key, for $1.45 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,631 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2005.
