The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 25 and June 29.

Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Joan Mahon sold their home at 13405 Montclair Place to Mats and Barbara Wahlstrom, of Lakewood Ranch, for $750,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,908 square feet of living area.

Michael and Laura Kennedy, of Hamilton, Ind., sold their home at 14515 Leopard Creek Place to Charles and Robin Hansen, of Lakewood Ranch, for $621,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,007 square feet of living area.

Frederick and Martha Kozlowski, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7741 U.S. Open Loop to Thomas and Susan Wiegele, of Cincinnati, for $332,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,082 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,900 in 2001.

Edward and Jean Rossi, of Kalamazoo, Mich., sold their home at 7711 British Open Way to Richard and Margaret Barrett, of Louisville, Ky., for $325,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $374,000 in 2004.

Regents Park
Peter and Christine Brown, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8133 Regents Court to Stanley Imhulse, of University Park, for $600,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $597,000 in 1997.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
Alvin and Joan Halpern, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6829 Country Lakes Circle to Paul and Roberta Ingrassia, of Rockford, Ill., for $310,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 1996.

River Club South
John and Margaret Dieter, of Naperville, Ill., sold their home at 9808 Royal Lytham Ave. to John and Stephanie Hallam, of Bradenton, for $306,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2008.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Gregory and Laura Roberts sold their home at 9073 Willowbrook Circle to Marcin Zygmunt, of Bradenton, for $298,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,743 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $618,400 in 2006.

Stephen and Jennifer Jerome sold their home at 129 New Briton Court to John Phillips III, of Bradenton, for $269,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,900 in 2004.

VE Real Estate Holdings LLC sold the home at 315 167th Blvd. N.E. to Michael and Julia Matras, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,671 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2009.

Steven and Carolyn Craig, trustees, sold the home at 1426 Brambling Court to Christopher and Allison Sherwin, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,163 square feet of living area.

Michael and Michelle Acklin, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12534 Cara Cara Loop to Christopher and Carolyn Barton, of Bradenton, for $262,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $491,500 in 2005.

USDV Fund REO LLC sold the home at 12027 Aster Ave. to Daniel Center and Angela Kaliher, of Bradenton, for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,386 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,000 in 2006.

Paul and Tara Carrington, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 10810 Winged Foot Terrace to Ruben and Lori Moreno, of Bradenton, for $288,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006.

G. Scott and Maryann Roberts sold their home at 12005 Summer Meadow Drive to Judith McKenzie, trustee, of Windham, N.H., for $282,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.

Tyler Stevens and Noelle Lemieux sold their home at 4429 67th St. E. to Todd and Kari Pierce, of Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,419 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,700 in 2007.

James and Caroline Gergely sold their home at 15356 Blue Fish Circle to Dhruv Sarna, of New York, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $294,200 in 2005.
