Three-bedroom home in Siesta's Bayside sells for $1.39 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 25 and June 29. Two homes in Siesta’s Bayside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary and Suzanne Adami, trustees, sold the home at 701 Treasure Boat Way to Aaron and Christine Jagdfeld, of Mukwonago, Wis., for $1.39 million.
Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,685,000 in 2005.

Kevin and Sally MacGuire sold their home at 930 Siesta Key Place to Robert and Kirstin Siemering, of Wellesley, Mass., for $1.16 million. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,531 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $735,000 in 2000.

Crescent Royale
Robert and Cathie Kruse, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 7A condominium at 777 Beach Road to Nevin and Dora Thomas, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2004.

Dolphin Bay
Richard and Julia Barker sold their Unit 501 condominium at 1260 Dolphin Bay Way to Bernard Starchuk and Sandra Starchuk, of Ontario, Canada, for $820,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2000.

Gulf and Bay Club
Karen Maclellan, Sarasota, sold her Unit 303 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Sanders, of Bradenton, for $680,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2000.

Siesta’s Bayside
Patricia Vinke, trustee, of Beloit, Wis., sold the home at 550 Commonwealth Place to Sean and Laura O’Donnell, of Sarasota, for $670,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,824 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 1999.

The Anchorage
Rolf and Norma Theen, of Lafayette, Ind., sold their Unit 611 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Paul Gendron, of Quebec, Canada, for $587,500. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2001.

Siesta Cove
Gary Kompothecras, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5337 Siesta Court to Benjamin and Heather Worrell, of Sarasota, for $580,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2005.

The Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Terri Blaising, trustee, of Indianapolis, sold the Unit G-55 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Hurst Family Limited Partnership for $518,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $779,300 in 2003.

Sea Shell
Gary and Lori Beltrani, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold their Unit 408 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Steven and Susan Seidor, of Randolph, N.J., for $442,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1992.

Joseph and Faye Giacomo, of Roseland, N.J., sold their Unit 308 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph and Tracy Kidd, of Bristow, Va., for $435,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1993.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Astri Saetre, of Litchfield, Conn., sold her Unit 520 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Stephen Kahoe, of Sarasota, for $287,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,000 in 1987.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the Unit 411 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Howland, of Liverpool, N.Y., for $240,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2005.

Siesta Beach
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 4865 Commonwealth Drive to Cheryl Thomas and Joan McRee, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,589 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2005.
