Warwick Gardens home tops sales at $711,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 2 and July 6.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Willard and Barbara Engel, of Shelbyville, Ill., sold their home at 7325 Chatsworth Court to Thomas and Laurie Baker, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for $711,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,120 square feet of living area.

River Club North
Philip and Deirdre Troyer sold their home at 6812 Pinehurst Place to Keith and Rhonda Maule, of Lakewood Ranch, for $635,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2002.

David and April Forrest, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6410 Spyglass Lane to Dennis and Lori Bartlett, of Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Richard and Geri Judd sold their home at 7442 Mizner Reserve Court to James and Monika Templeman, of Bradenton, for $560,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,792 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2005.

BankUnited sold the home at 8222 Championship Court to Michael and Jill Maciag, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,767 square feet of living area.

David Balle and Debra Balle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6707 193rd St. E. to Bob Philpott and Dawn Cohan, trustees, of Encino, Calif., for $515,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,925 square feet of living area.

Steven and Lorrie Parkes, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 26351 65th Ave. E. to Todd and Monica Limoncelli, of Myakka City, for $312,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2006.

James and Cathy Atkins sold their home at 7005 C.R. 675 to Latisha and Mark Ralosky, of Myakka City, for $207,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,617 square feet of living area.
