The Adaptive Golf Academy will host a Golf-Bowl Challenge Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28, in support of adaptive golf therapeutic programs for juniors, adults and veterans with disabilities and mobility challenges.

The bowling portion of the challenge will take place from 6:30-8 p.m. Friday, July 27 at Sarasota Lanes. Each team will bowl two games.

The 18-hole golf scramble will start at 8 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at Tatum Ridge Golf Links.

The four-person team event is open to the public. Scoring for the event will be recorded by taking each team’s bowling average and subtracting its golf scramble score. The team with the largest Hi-LO difference wins.

Lunch and an awards presentation will follow the golf tournament. There also will be on course activities and contests, as well as raffle and silent auctions.
