Three-bedroom home in Lake Club tops sales

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 9 and July 13.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven Avery and Leslie Talbot sold their home at 16315 Clearlake Ave. to Jeffrey and Lisa Fiorini, of Cary, N.C., for $1,375,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2010.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Eric and Karen Verbeke sold their home at 11011 Big Bass Place to Roger and Marianne Lindsay, of Chicago, for $775,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $919,000 in 2003.

Regents Park
Jane Hyatt, trustee, and Samuel Hyatt, of Columbia, Mo., sold the home at 8117 Regents Court to Thomas Pagano, trustee, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $600,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,927 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch
John and Tricia Getty, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6512 The Masters Ave. to Trevor and Terra Layton, of Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $688,000 in 2005.

James and Terry Stansbury, of North Port, sold their home at 11421 Hawick Place to Michael and Tracy Chovancak, of Aurora, Ill., for $266,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,917 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $619,600 in 2006.

Michael Gulla and Linda Loren sold their home at 7020 Old Tabby Circle to William and Teri Rex, of Lakewood Ranch, for $207,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,300 in 2002.

River Club North
Martin Rapley sold his home at 10405 Braden Run to William Shaver, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2005.

River Club South
Philip Truedinger and Lori Uzzo sold their home at 7416 Pine Valley St. to Thomas and Courtney McLaughlin, of Bradenton, for $435,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,426 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2003.

Greenbrook Village
Thomas and Stephanie Heald, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14421 Sundial Place to Dennis and Marsene Pryor, of North Chittenden, Vt., for $370,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,700 in 2011.

Tolisa Ford, of Sarasota, sold her home at 6647 Coopers Hawk Court to Marcos and Teresa Ruiz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $362,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area.

John and Patricia Cliffel, of Winter Springs, sold their home at 13403 Purple Finch Circle to James and Holly Waite, of Rocky River, Ohio, for $362,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,800 in 2003.

David and Susan Urban, of Bonita Springs, sold their home at 6627 Chickadee Lane to Bradford Spencer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $333,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,500 in 2006.

Edgewater Village
Gerald Byrne and Dale Katz sold their home at 8403 Sailing Loop to Wen Yu, of Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,200 in 2002.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
Miramar at Lakewood Ranch LLC sold the Unit 45 condominium at 8256 Miramar Way to Casimir and Kasia Bruniany, of Cranberry Township, Pa., for $283,998. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,169 square feet of living area.

Chaparral
Dolores Andriole sold her home at 6812 Winslow St. to Anastasios Balos, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,700 in 1998.

Arbor Lakes
Cynthia Roberts, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6939 Stetson St. Circle to Hugh Smith and Marsha Kindall-Smith, of Shorewood, Wis., for $210,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,705 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $357,000 in 2005.

Christian Collins and Heather Collins, of Parrish, sold their home at 15519 29th St. E. to Sean and Kristen D’Agostino, of Parrish, for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,979 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2009.
