Lake Club home tops this week's transactions

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 28 and June 1.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. LB Model Investments LLC sold the home at 16307 Foremast Place to James and Arloa Torok, Lakewood Ranch, for $1,375,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,929 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Paul and Jennifer Panay, of Nottingham, England, sold their home at 13634 Legends Walk Terrace to Michael and Christine Shaklik, of Bradenton, for $760,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,648 square feet of living area.

John and Elizabeth Phirman, of Avila Beach, Calif., sold their home at 7915 Suntree Glen to Poul and Karin Munkholm, of Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Riverwalk Ridge
Suzanne Keeton, of Dallas, sold her home at 7027 Honeysuckle Trail to Cash and Maria Shelton, of Lakewood Ranch, for $465,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,750 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2007.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Joanne Merriken, of Bradenton, sold her home at 16736 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Alvin and Bonnie Yarsin, of Apex, N.C., for $407,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,765 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Richard and Kathleen Potts sold their home at 7604 Camden Harbour Drive to Linda Weymouth, of Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $481,400 in 2004.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Ralph Dillon and Carol Dillon, trustees, of Middleton, Wis., sold the home at 804 Field Brook Court to Donald and Beverly Baird, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,166 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2004.

The Lagoon at Tidewater Preserve
Shaun O’Loughlin sold the Unit D condominium at 1115 Riverscape St. to William Carmody III, of Bradenton, for $277,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $219,000 in 2009.

Greyhawk Landing
Stephen and Cheri Ziegler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12566 Cara Cara Loop to Vickie Koppelmann, of Bradenton, for $268,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,300 in 2003.

Charleston Pointe at University Place
David Murray, of Sewickley, Pa., sold his home at 8010 Planters Knoll Terrace to James Cooper, of Bradenton, for $253,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2007.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7918 condominium at 7918 Tybee Court to Hildreth Possman, of University Park, for $244,900. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,813 square feet of living area.

Cristina Simas-Colina, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 8073 condominium at 8073 Tybee Court to Wendy Roalstad, of Boulder, Colo., for $232,400. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $264,900 in 2008.

Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7970 condominium at 7970 Tybee Court to Daniel Mazzocco and Janet Golaszewski, of Mountain Top, Pa., for $223,800. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Arbor Lakes
William and Lori Sikorski, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6930 Stetson St. Circle to John and Donna Tracy, of Sarasota, for $242,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,331 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $194,800 in 2001.

Water Oak
Martin and Cynthia Bali sold their home at 6312 67th St. E. to Stephen and Julie Drackett, of Bradenton, for $235,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,625 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Denyse McHugh, of The Villages, sold their home at 7602 Bird’s Eye Terrace to Gabriel and Joanne Marmo, of Bronx, N.Y., for $220,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,670 square feet of living area.

Club Villas II at Palm Aire
R.M. and W.A. Binnington, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 17A condominium at 5542 Country Club Way to John and Mary Kohlman, of Mason, Ohio, for $215,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,900 in 1991.

Greenbrook Village
Americo and Elaine Cerrone, Spring Hill, and Vincent Cerrone, of Sarasota, sold their home at 14317 Tree Swallow Way to Darvin and Jacqueline Jackson, of Naples, for $207,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,000 in 2009.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
John and Roxanne Jensen sold their home at 7923 Conservatory Drive to Paul and Caroline Cogsdill, of Sarasota, for $204,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,079 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,000 in 2001.

William and Gloria Lippert, trustees, of Parrish, sold the home at 3129 Lakeside Circle to George and Susan Sullivan, of Loudon, Tenn., for $300,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2003.

Bougainvillea Place
Gold MIL Ellenton Holdings II LLC sold the home at 6112 27th St. E. to Michael and Linda Martino, of Ellenton, for $205,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $506,300 in 2011.
