Five-bedroom home in Point Crisp tops sales

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 28 and June 1.

A home in Point Crisp tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Clinton and Susan Pierce, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 1229 Point Crisp Road to Arthur and Joan Bourque, of Lynnfield, Mass., for $2.85 million. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,778 square feet of living area.

Siesta Dunes Beach
J. Keith and Susan Heinold sold their Unit 6232B condominium at 6232B Midnight Pass Road to Gary Peterson, of Valparaiso, Ind., for $1,045,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 1990.

Heron Lagoon Lodges
Joel Persky, of Sarasota, and Michelle Browne, of Pittsburgh, sold their home at 8555 Heron Lagoon Circle to Thomas Elliott, Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2004.

Crescent Arms
Zelson Investments Ltd. Partnership sold the Unit 102-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Mary Schaffer, Sarasota, for $565,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,500 in 1999.

Bay Island Shores
Weta Cannon, trustee, sold the home at 730 Freeling Drive to Blair Real Estate LLC for $550,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 1989.

Siesta Manor
Windsor Property LP sold the home at 350 Avenida Leona to Deon and Amy Wolff, of Farmington, Minn., for $540,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,000 in 2011.

Whispering Sands
Branislav and Stanislava Dragisic, trustees, of Burr Ridge, Ill., sold the Unit 404 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Stephanie Carney, of Clifton Park, N.Y., for $509,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1982.

Peppertree Bay
Jerome Maggiore and Lillian Maggiore, of Canton, Ohio, sold their Unit 221 condominium at 6035 E. Peppertree Way to David and Kay Klienschmidt, of Akron, Ohio, for $475,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $87,000 in 1980.

Revised Siesta
Dennis Pochedley, Joan Isaacs and Denise Pochedley sold their home at 324 Siesta Drive to EICH Group of Bedford LLC for $425,000. Built in 1950, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,100 in 1999.

Coquille
Dianne Brundage, of Northville, Mich., sold her Unit 104 condominium at 1129 Coquille St. to Michael Prichard, Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1990.

El Presidente
Stephen and Eleanor Serio, of Charlotte, N.C., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 6326 Midnight Pass Road to Richard and Helen Ruis, of Ludington, Mich., for $416,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2002.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
761020 Ontario Inc. sold the Unit 406 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher and Tracey Gordon, of Oakdale, Pa., for $409,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1988.
