Country Club Village home sells for $652,500

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 4 and June 8.

A home in in Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. W. Gary and Carole Booher, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13806 Milan Terrace to Peter and Julia Dennis, of Glenview, Ill., for $652,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,394 square feet of living area.

St. John’s Wood
David and Eileen Eldridge, of Decatur, Ill., sold their home at 7207 St. Johns Way to Stephan and Abra Dennis, of Jamesville, N.Y., for $448,700. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,700 in 1996.

Rosedale Highlands
Craig and Terrie Borden, of Harwich, Mass., sold their home at 9621 53rd Terrace E. to Christian and Donna Courteau for $435,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,755 square feet of living area.

William and Carolyn Steves, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9751 51st Terrace E. to Nancy Ragland, of Bradenton, for $278,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area.
