The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 4 and June 8. A home in Silver Oak tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Susanna Stock, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5315 Hunt Club Way to Ying Wong and Mei Kuan, of Irvine, Calif., for $790,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2004.

The Landings
Peter and Janet Scharff, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5155 Kestral Park Lane to Robert and Kristy Lonsdale, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,000
in 2010.
