Longboat Shores home sells for $950,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 11 and June 15. A home in Longboat Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Jacqueline Salvino, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Branham, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,404,000 in 2005.

The Castillian
838151 Ontario Limited sold the Unit 206 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Susan Vicari, of Rockford, Ill., for $680,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1993.

Fairway Bay
Paul and Lisa Giusti, of Pittsburgh, sold their Unit 516 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Ronald and Barbara Archbold, of Longboat Key, for $638,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2000.

Stanley and Janet Levsky, of Bradenton, sold their home at 537 Gunwale Lane to Charles Simmons, of Cherry Hills, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1998.

James Roby and Laura Roby, trustees, of Bethesda, Md., sold the Unit 302 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brien Stackhouse and Susan Stackhouse, of New Brunswick, Canada, for $300,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,000 in 1990.

Peter and Jane Shea, of Elberton, Ga., sold their home at 626 Buttonwood Drive to Carolyn Wedekind, trustee, of Northbrook, Ill., for $285,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,500 in 1998.

William Ross, trustee, of Eaton, Ohio, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 5320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joel and Leonard, of Ocala, for $260,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1992.

Luanne Benson, trustee, of Bargersville, Ind., sold the Unit 506 condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Anne Swengel, trustee, of Bargersville, Ind., for $234,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 1999.

Beach Harbor Club
John and Barbara Wurster, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit B-101 condominium at 3804 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Colette Nemni, of Ontario, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,500 in 1999.
