SCORES: ODA girls tennis improves to 4-1

The Out-of-Door Academy girls tennis team improved its record to 4-1 with a pair of victories over Cardinal Mooney and Shorecrest Prep Feb. 28-29.

On Feb. 28, the Lady Thunder defeated the Lady Cougars 5-2.

Maria Ross, M’Balia Bangoura, Cheyenne Kerekes and Savannah Sleight all earned singles victories for ODA. Charlotte Dixon and Chloe Ruppert teamed up for a victory in No. 1 doubles.

On Feb. 29, ODA defeated Shorecrest Prep 5-2.

Ross, Bangoura, Kerekes, Morgan Woods and Sleight swept the singles matches for the Lady Thunder.
