Summer Cove condo tops home sales at $1,185,000

The following real estate transactions took place between Feb. 13 and Feb. 17.

A condominium in Summer Cove on Siesta tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Regina Culloo, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., sold their Unit 404-C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Susan Dietrich, of Norwich, N.Y., for $1,185,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,135,000 million in 2011.

Windward Passage
William and Nancy Kuhn, Sarasota, sold their Unit W-7 condominium at 4712 Ocean Blvd. to Richard and Charlotte Clark, Sarasota, for $999,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $940,000 in 2007.

Pointe on Midnight Pass
Dennis and Judy Buttinger, of Hopewell Junction, N.Y., sold their Unit 502 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Antonio Castaldo and Christine Castaldo, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $340,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,000 in 1997.

Navarra on the Key
William and Linda Kuper sold their Unit 5239-A condominium at 5239A Avenida Navarra to Aldred and Jennifer Clarke, of Ontario, Canada, for $310,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,900 in 2001.
