Lakewood Ranch Country Club home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 20 and Feb. 24.

Two homes in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch top all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Joanne Zarrella sold their home at 13605 Legends Walk Terrace to Scott and Laura Richards, of Hinsdale, Ill., for $900,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,349,600 in 2004.

Thomas and Lisa Kess, of Westlake, Ohio, sold their home at 13412 Blythefield Terrace to Judith Lemieur and Lawrence Lemieur, trustees, for $790,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,724 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,399,000 in 2006.

Harbour Walk
Leonard and Mary Major, Bradenton, sold their home at 4754 Mainsail Drive to James and Babette Pachence, Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,791 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Richard Fisher and Deborah Fisher sold their home at 7020 197th St. E. to Douglas and Lynne Pewterbaugh, of Denton, Texas, for $505,000. Built in 2004, it has six bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,397 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Richard and Carol Farrington, of Noblesville, Ind., sold their home at 14809 17th Ave. E. to Michael and Caroline Cox, Bradenton, for $451,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area.

Rosedale I Golf and Tennis Club
Salvatore and Leslie Panico, of Lattingtown, N.Y., sold their home at 8702 54th Ave. E. to Reiner and Monica Gunther, Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,618 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2003.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Richard and Edythe White, trustees, Bradenton, sold the home at 406 169th Court N.E. to Dale and Elizabeth Mason, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,828 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Diane Hoelle, Pompano Beach, sold her home at 8723 River Preserve Drive to MacArthur’s Paving and Construction Co. Ltd. for $390,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2010.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Bank of America, N.A., sold the home at 7020 Whitemarsh Circle to Alexander Vecchione and Annette Vecchione, trustees, of Commack, N.Y., for $336,500. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.

Tara
John and Valerie Nickels, Bradenton, sold their home at 6384 Rookery Circle to John and Marilyn Carpenter, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $298,200 in 2003.

The Club Villas II at Palm-Aire
Betty Sullivan, of Tallmadge, Ohio, sold her Unit 5A condominium at 5612 Country Club Way to Jonathan and Joanne Ralph, of Ontario, Canada, for $255,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $161,900 in 1995.

Riverwalk Village
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 11004 Star Rush Place to Jordan and Maureen Finley, Lakewood Ranch, for $229,900. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,500 in 2000.

Parrish
Thomas and Julie Broxson, Parrish, sold their home at 13115 65th St. E. to Patrick and Jacquelin Diercks, Parrish, for $350,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2006.

River Woods
Donna Wolski, Sarasota, sold her home at 11427 30th Cove E. to Robert Hatfield and Susan Cornelius, of King George, Va., for $279,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,463 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,100 in 2002.

Foxbrook
Thomas Mott and Katherine Drury, of Metropolis, Ill., sold their home at 17304 Howling Wolf Run to Kraig and Ruth Strauch, Parrish, for $221,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,000 in 2011.

River Plantation
Waterfall Victoria REO 2011-01 LLC sold the home at 2107 123rd Terrace E. to Shiji Kuruvilla and Remya Joseph, Parrish, for $215,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $401,200 in 2007.
