+ Signature Sotheby’s International Realty LBK office open for business
Luxury real-estate firm Signature Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated its grand opening at 546 Bay Isles Road. Sales Manager David Kovalsky hosted the event along with his team of 21 agents. More than 100 clients and guests enjoyed champagne and hors d’oeuvres. The company is continuing to expand by opening a new office this month in Lakewood Ranch.

Andrew Bers of RE/MAX Alliance Group has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. It was offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in recognition of Bers’ experience, knowledge and expertise in the luxury-home market. This designation signals to affluent buyers and sellers that Bers has expertise and experience in the luxury-home marketplace and also gives him marketing tools and networking capabilities that benefit this type of client.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate agent Lynne Koy hosted 70 of her past and current clients Feb. 25 at her home. Drinks and catered food from Bird Key Yacht Club were served to her guests. It was the first afternoon cocktail party celebrated in honor and appreciation of her clients.
