Sarasota man arrested, 25 weapons seized

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office has arrested Sarasota convicted felon, Glen Connolly, 57, for possession of drugs and 25 firearms.

Detective obtained a warrent to search Connolly's residence.

The arrest marks the third time Connolly has been arrested for possession of firearms. During the search of his residence, detectives also found several hundred rounds of ammunition, heroin and $19,230 of different denominations in cash.
