The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 27 and March 2.

A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathryn and Brady Skinner, Sarasota, sold their Unit 602 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to S.E. Kretz, trustee, Sarasota, for $1.93 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.28 million in 2006.

Iberiabank sold the Unit 1501 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Charlie Kilo LLC for $885,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2007.

Aqualane Estates
Sharon Petrick sold her home at 1808 Stanford Lane to John and Nicole Wallace, Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2011.

Grove Heights
Robert and Alice Brittingham, Sarasota, sold their home at 1919 Grove St. to Jack and Karen Knuese, Sarasota, for $745,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,709 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,000 in 2002.

James and Marjorie Moody sold their Unit 306 condominium at 5420 Eagles Point Circle to P. David and Leah Chernov, Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2003.

Denise Hetrick, Sarasota, sold the home at 5587 Merrimac Drive to Kandance and Joshua Pritchett, Sarasota, for $332,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2011.

Stanley and Darlene Mietus, Sarasota, sold their home at 1995 Mid Ocean Circle to Al Yoder Estates Ltd. for $215,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,955 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $86,500 in 2010.

Ernest and Ida Zito, Sarasota, sold their home at 801 Lytham Circle to Salvatore and Leslie Panico, Osprey, for $700,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.09 million in 2002.

Kevin and Kathryn Ward, trustees, Osprey, sold the home at 165 Sugar Mill Drive to John Edgeworth, trustee, of Bloomington, Ind., for $775,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.
