Sandy Hook home tops sales at $4.45 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 27 and March 2.

A home in Sandy Hook tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gene and Debra Garro, Sarasota, sold their home at 10 Sandy Hook Road to Results Inc. for $4.45 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 7,002 square feet of living area.

Revised Siesta
Jonathan Yunis and Lynn Yunis sold their home at 3710 Bayou Louise Lane to William and Tracy Cirioli, Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1985, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 1999.

Sarasota Beach
Midland Builders Inc. sold the home at 224 Tenacity Lane to CNTL LLC for $2.36 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,021 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.6 million in 2006.

Siesta Properties Inc.
Todd and Joy Smith, Sarasota, sold their home at 8334 Sanderling Road to Keith Monda, trustee, Sarasota, for $2,196,000. Built in 1970, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.65 million in 2004.

Marina Del Sol
Roger and Diane Delagrange, Sarasota, sold their Unit W-54 condominium at 1308 Old Stickney Point Road to Reuben and Clarice Liechty, of Jamestown, N.D., for $879,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $887,500 in 2003.

Canal Villas
5885 Ferrara LLC sold the Unit B condominium at 340 Canal Road to 340 Canal LLC for $699,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,234 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.04 million in 2005.

Gulf and Bay Club
Joseph and Mary Dunne, Sarasota, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Ryan Kraehling, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $515,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2003.

Sea Village
Mark Flannagan, Sarasota, sold his Unit D-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Marc Katz, of Karlstad, Sweden, for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2011.

Island Reef
Kenneth and Phyllis Wyman, of Angola, N.Y., sold their Unit C207 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Calvin and Cheryl Morrell, of Tewksbury, Mass., for $370,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2003.

Casa Blanca
Ann Davis, Sarasota, sold her Unit 13 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to William and Debra Greer, Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2009.

Dan and Marilyn Spinazola, of Hinsdale, Ill., sold their Unit 6 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to James Matheson, of Leavenworth, Kan., for $295,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,190 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2008.
