Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 5 and March 8.

A home in Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Marie Buckout, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7016 Lacantera Circle to Christopher Manning, of Harford, Conn., for $1,085,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2010.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
M&M Homes Corp. sold the home at 7015 Kingsmill Court to Gregory Van Natter and Gloria Bracciano, Bradenton, for $470,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $388,900 in February.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 6824 Bay Hill Drive to Congregation Shevet Ha’Chim Inc. for $237,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,500 in 2000.

Pomello Park
Vance and Melissa Wadsworth, of Pine Montain, Ga., sold their home at 7004 207th St. E. to E. Bernard Cartaya, trustee, Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,224 square feet of living area.

Rebecca Hamilton-Miller, Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 6805 225th St. E. to Anthony Cameratta, Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,500 in 2001.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Diana Kelley, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., sold her home at 6165 Palomino Circle to Keith and Krystine Schiding, University Park, for $345,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,600 in 2004.

River Club South
Ridge Holdings Group LLC sold the home at 9935 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Scott and Stacey Gadeken, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,500 in 2011.

Paul and Diana Werner, Sun City Center, sold their home at 10155 Glenmore Ave. to R. Michael and Janet Schraer, Bradenton, for $289,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,197 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Nita Kasan, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 270 Petrel Trail to Randall and Christina Kruger, Lakewood Ranch, for $299,000. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, four baths and 3,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2005.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 111 Caladium Court to Maria Santos, Bradenton, for $200,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Karl and Lynn Almquist, of Bakersfield, Calif., sold their home at 1102 136th St. E. to Kenneth and Patricia Sisson, Bradenton, for $265,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,900 in 2001.

Julius and Sandra Dengler, Bradenton, sold their home at 907 136th St. E. to David and Catherine Maughan, Bradenton, for $225,400. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,496 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 1998.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Karen Markland, Bradenton, sold her home at 8627 54th Ave. Circle E. to Francis and Cynthia Simons, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,617 square feet of living area.

River Place
William and Elizabeth Armstrong, Palmetto, sold their home at 6714 71st St. E. to Curtis and Jeanne Diedrick, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $237,100. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,079 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2004.

Indigo Ridge at University Place
Henry and Jennifer Dearing, Bradenton, sold their home at 8214 Indigo Ridge Terrace to Megan Batty, Sarasota, for $231,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2006.

Summerfield
Richard and Sharon Barnett, Bradenton, sold their home at 11821 Winding Woods Way to Daniel Carter and Ryan Horney, Lakewood Ranch, for $220,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $164,300 in 1999.

Twin Rivers
Mark Cahill Investments LLC sold the home at 2610 Twin Rivers Trail to Peter and Karen Hawley, Parrish, for $617,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,888 square feet of living area.

River Wilderness
Joseph Remillard of Evergreen, Colo., sold his home at 11506 Savannah Lakes Drive to Tammy Taylor, Parrish, for $517,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2008.
