Water Club I condo sells for $2.3 million

Douglas Hoeksema, trustee, Winter Park, sold the Unit 302 condominium at the Water Club I, 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Tracy Beswick, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $2.3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.7 million in 2005.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between March 5 and March 8.

Villa Di Lancia
James and Sandra Palmer, trustees, of Clarkston, Mich., sold the Unit 242 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Mary Scheible, Atlanta, for $1.76 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.65 million in 2004.

Country Club Shores
The Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 573 Yawl Lane to Jeffry and Pamela Snauwaert, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., for $1,019,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.69 million in 2004.

Giorgi Mushroom Co. sold the home at 552 Ranger Lane to Laura and Emmanuel Charron, of Lucerne, Switzerland, for $475,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,000 in 2004.

Tangerine Bay Club
Raymond and Maria Turner, trustees, Washington, D.C., sold the Unit 432 condominium at 370 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 432 Tangerine Bay Club Holdings LLC for $850,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2005.

Queen’s Harbour
Mayer and Deanna Wainstein sold their home at 3525 Fair Oaks Lane to Tipppeee3 LLC for $830,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,482 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 1997.

Fairway Bay
Richard Zwirner, trustee, sold the Unit 336 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Nancy Halter and Joseph Halter Jr., trustees, of Canton, Ohio, for $400,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2005.

Bay Harbour Apartments
Virginia and Wilhelm Andersen sold their Unit 103 condominium at 448 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Susan Peifer, Ponte Vedra Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1995.

Seaplace II
Thomas Apple, of Scarsdale, N.Y., Richard Apple, of Brooklyn, N.Y., Patrick Apple and Justin Apple, Pittsburgh, and Rosemary Apple Archibald, of Edinburgh, Scotland, sold their Unit M1-405-H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nora Kenty, of Durrow, Ireland, for $315,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1995.

Bird Key
Leslie Glass, Sarasota, sold her home at 200 Bird Key Drive to Lorraine Keady and James Walters, of Great Neck Ipswich, Mass., for $1,675,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,777 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2002.
