Lakewood Ranch home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 12 and March 16.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Wayne Slater and Heather Clarke, Chicago, sold their home at 7605 Portstewart Drive to Carl and Barbara Francisco, Lakewood Ranch, for $515,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,611 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,200 in 2011.

Riverdale Revised
Steven and Colleen Miller sold their home at 4507 Barracuda Drive to Gilber and Marie Dalton, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $375,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,000 in 2004.

Pomello Park
BankUnited sold the home at 6540 Verna Bethany Road to Douglas and Tina Vollmer, Myakka City, for $334,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2011.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14548 Whitemoss Terrace to Brenda Alexander, Bradenton, for $301,300. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Marvin and Judith Kofender, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7616 Windward Cove to Qilin Zhong, Bradenton, for $288,900. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 1,873 square feet of living area.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
Nick Ellis Jr., Sarasota, sold his home at 5521 Inverness Drive to Matthew and Joanne Eby, of Evanston, Ill., for $285,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 1988.

Mill Creek
Randy and Pamela Craig, Bradenton, sold their home at 13610 Second Ave. N.E. to Brian and Priscilla Pettis, Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,000 in 2001.

Chaparral
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 6003 Anvil Ave. to Donald and Nancy McRae, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $235,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,841 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2001.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
James Burns, Palmetto, and Victoria Burns, of Lafayette, La., sold their home at 707 Foggy Morn Lane to Barbara and Terrance Lee, of Wichita, Kan., for $235,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two bath, a pool and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $444,500 in 2006.

Carriage Run at University Place
Jack and Sheila Mallinger, Venice, sold their home at 7310 Meeting St. to Eileen and Russell Peal, of Lakeville, Mass., for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $267,400 in 2005.

Peridia
Carol Taylor, Bradenton, sold their home at 4318 Murfield Drive E. to Somerville and Martha Dillon, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2000.

Thomas and Mary Terry, Ellenton, sold their home at 502 Sally Lee Drive to Leonard and Janice Carulli, Davie, for $325,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,240 square feet of living area.

Kathryn Tushaus, of Kapolei, Hawaii, sold her home at 8825 28th St. E. to David Schartel, Lakewood Ranch, for $239,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,180 square feet of living area.

Kingsfield Lakes
Michael and Angela Fister, Bradenton, sold their home at 11384 Walden Loop to Moez Oueslati and Sophie Weslati, Parrish, for $213,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2008.
