Ten Oaks defeats Wildcat in President's Cup Finals

Ten Oaks defeated Wildcat 11-10 in overtime to win the President’s Cup Final March 25.

Shane Rice scored seven goals, including the game-winner, to lead the way for Ten Oaks. Brent Mirikitani followed with three goals.

Doug Hoskins scored four goals, and Ryan Gilbertson scored three goals to lead the way for Wildcat.

Rice also was named the Most Valuable Player, and Mike Beck was named the Most Valuable Amateur.

Nicolai Galindo received the Best Playing Pony award for his pony’s performance in the seventh chukker.

Teams will return to action at 1 p.m. April 1, in the Robert A. Uihlein Jr. Memorial Cup.
