La Bellasara condominium tops weekly Sarasota sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 12 and March 16.

A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sandra Brewster, trustee, and Thomas Brewster, of Arden, N.C., sold the Unit 403 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to Brian and Kimberly Pennington, Shalimar, for $2,085,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2007.

Harbor Acres
Joseph Pepe, Sarasota, sold his home at 1823 Flower Drive to Robert and Cynthia Widman, Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 3,237 square feet of living area.
Pamela McCullough, Sarasota, sold her home at 1707 Flower Drive to Anand and Ruchi Pallegar, Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $727,500 in 2004.

Sarabande
Carl and Vivian Valvo, Sarasota, sold their Unit 75 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Nancy Daniel, of Louisa, Va., for $997,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.

Cherokee Park
William and Nancy Baar, Sarasota, sold their home at 1686 South Drive to Najjar Construction Inc. for $570,000. Built in 1940, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 1986.

Bay Point Apartments
Chester Kuziemko and Margo Miller, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold their Unit 63 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Cheryl Adelman, of Lewisburg, W.V., for $567,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $567,500 in 2008.

Condominium on the Bay
Billy and Donna Matter, trustees, of Oklahoma City, Okla., sold their Unit 514 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Sandra and Edward Bordin, Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $687,500 in 2006.

1350 Main Residential
Michael Dorfman, Sarasota, sold the Unit 902 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Peter and Katherine Daley, of Summit, N.J., for $525,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $493,300 in 2007.

Philip Venema sold the Unit 1005 condominium at 1350 Main St. to William and Phyllis Kautter, of Margate, N.J., for $375,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one-and-one-half baths and 972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,100 in 2007.

William Carreira, trustee, of Sylva, N.C., sold the home at 3542 Jacinto Court to Christopher and Kathryn Jenkins, Ponte Vedra Beach, for $303,000. Built in 1926, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,526 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2007.

Janit Black, of Morehead City, N.C., sold her Unit 202 condominium at 1692 Starling Drive to Eleanor Schmidt, trustee, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,500 in 2008.

Landings Carriagehouse
Jean Fox, Bradenton, sold the Unit 63 condominium at 5023 Kestral Park Drive to Art Ellis, of Ontario, Canada, for $243,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1994.

Phillippi Landings
Peter and Catherine Daignault, of Guilford, Conn., sold their Unit 503 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Robert and Anne Wright and Kathryn Wright, Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,700 in 2006.

Erna Broder, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7920 Meadow Rush Loop to Byron and Harriet Cobb, of Collierville, Tenn., for $380,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $65,000 in 1997.

L. Trenton Veach Jr., Osprey, sold the home at 661 Crane Prairie Way to Ronald and Judith Stoll, Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2007.

Harold and Shirley Shook sold their home at 1283 Thornapple Drive to Michael and Mary Craig, of Larkspur, Colo., for $339,500. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2010.

Bernard and Constance Adelstein, Venice, sold their home at 9795 Knightsbridge Circle to Eugene Somogyi and Charlotte Kimerling, Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,700 in 1993.

D’Armand Dochez II, of Oak Hill, Va., and Suzanne Botzner, of Aliso Viejo, Calif., sold their home at 4148 Via Mirada to Jean Janelle, of Fairfield, Ohio, for $242,000. Mary Cantu, trustee, of Dublin, Ohio, sold the home at 4060 Jardin Lane to Rudolf and Ernestine Rossmy, of Vernon, Conn., for $237,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1998.

Patrick and Christine Deputy, Osprey, sold their home at 127 Da Vinci Drive to Peter and Lorraine Lilholt, of Yulon, N.Y., for $219,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,100 in 2011.
