Country Club home tops week's sales at $785,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 9 and 13.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Walter and Lisa Stone, Sarasota, sold their home at 13615 Blythefield Terrace to Andrew and Carie Schoenfeld, Bradenton, for $785,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,449,000 in 2004.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
James and Lisa Girard, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7012 Brier Creek Court to Darrell and Sheryl Gold, Lakewood Ranch, for $540,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2010.

Lawrence and Judith Lemieur, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7704 U.S. Open Loop to Gar and Nancy Hamilton, of Ontario, Canada, for $360,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,139 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $489,000 in 2004.

Norman and Diane Cianfarani, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7738 U.S. Open Loop to John Mella, of Norwalk, Conn., for $350,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2005.

Stephen Hnatt, trustee, sold the home at 12708 Stone Ridge Place to Gabrielle Fleischer, Lakewood Ranch, for $312,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,843 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2007.

James Willson and Suzanne O’Neale-Willson, of Annapolis, Md., sold their home at 7311 Riviera Cove to Elaine Barron and Steven Barron, Bradenton, for $311,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,412 square feet of living area.

Cara Wilson, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 6637 St. James Crossing to Stephen and Carol Altaker, University Park, for $555,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2008.

Mill Creek

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at to Carrie and Timothy Boyd, of Winchester, Mass., for $380,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,957 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2005.
