The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 16 and 27.

Larry and Nancy Futch, Sarasota, sold their home at 13708 Red Rock Place to Bijoy and Elizabeth John, Bradenton, for $835,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,743 square feet of living area.

Concession
Terry Bradshaw, Bradenton, sold his home at 19463 Beacon Park Place to Brian and Sherry Flynn, Bradenton, for $800,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.22 million in 2011.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 13611 Blythfield Terrace to Douglas and Nancy Brugler, trustee, Bradenton, for $698,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $987,900 in 2003.

Mark and Jeanne Thompson, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7973 Royal Birkdale Circle to Michael and Lillie Veon, Lakewood Ranch, for $560,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,651 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2003.
