Donald and Joanne Osbourne, Osprey, sold their home at 542 Dove Pointe to Edward and Lucy McCullough, of Franklin, Tenn., for $875,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,195 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $786,300 in 2001.

Stanley Riggs sold his Unit 1106 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Gisele Domian, Sarasota, for $682,500. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one-and-one-half baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $892,500 in 2004.

Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 3708 Flores Ave. to Paul and Nicola Caragiulo, Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2011.

Thomas Dozier, Sarasota, sold his home at 1415 Flower Drive to Deborah Knowles, Sarasota, for $403,500. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,614 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $79,500 in 1983.

McClellan Park
Nelson and Marta Roy, trustees, of Great Falls, Va., sold the home at 1639 Seminole Drive to JC Seminole LLC for $335,000. Built in 1941, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2010.

Michel and Ann-Marie Le Borgne, Venice, sold their Unit 808 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Susan Katz, of Bluefield, W.V., for $290,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $589,000 in 2007.
