Lakewood Ranch Country Club home tops transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 30 and May 4. 

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bank of America sold the home at 7103 Teal Creek Glen to Jeffrey and Marina Cameron, of Mequon, Wis., for $989,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,782 square feet of living area.

The Lake Club
Hans and Carmen Wee, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold their home at 15815 Clearlake Ave. to David and Marcia Scott, Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,347 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2008.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Neville and Angela Allport sold their home at 7504 Greystone St. to James Palmer and Sandra Palmer, Bradenton, for $825,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,832 square feet of living area.

Rognvald and Helena Kristjansdottir, of Lundur, Iceland, sold their home at 7715 British Open Way to Robert and Charlene Robinson, of Rocklin, Calif., for $400,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2007.

ACPA Land Investments LLC and LVI Land Investments LLC sold the home at 12013 Thornhill Court to Gloria Small, Bradenton, for $334,300. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,098 square feet of living area.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7144 Presidio Glen to Douglas Cleland, Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $381,000 in 2004.

Treymore at the Village of Palm-Aire
Thomas and Gail Bagley, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7106 Treymore Court to Lois Veremis, trustee, of Saginaw, Mich., for $520,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $448,000 in 2004.

Bank of America sold the home at 7048 Treymore Court to Donald and Roswita Betts, Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $554,000 in 2006.

St. John’s Wood
Lisa and William Austin, of Cohasset, Mass., sold their home at 7215 St. Johns Way to Michael and Sondra Levitan, of West Orange, N.J., for $485,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,400 in 1995.
