The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 30 and May 4. A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 1401023 Ontario Limited sold the home at 348 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Duane Harms and Judith Russell, Sarasota, for $2,125,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,275,000 in 2000.
Sabal Cove
Scott Petersen sold his home at 3332 Sabal Cove Lane to Robert and Layne Smalheiser, of New Canaan, Conn., for $2.1 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,291 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2002.
Grand Mariner on Longboat Key
Grand Mariner on Dream Island LLC sold the Unit 22B condominium at 595 Dream Island Road to Jerry and Jorja Allen, of Centennial, Wyo., for $1,317,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $9.5 million in 2011.

Mark Degennaro, of Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y., sold his Unit 606 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Tracy Lennox, of Lititz, Pa., for $1,265,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,427,500 in 2004.
Bay Isles
The Northern Trust Co. sold the home at 520 Harbor Cay Drive to Spardon Limited for $1,075,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,828 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,994,700 in 2011.
Sanctuary IV at Longboat Key Club
Doug Sutton, Derek Sutton, Sharon Brookes and Joanne Sutton sold their Unit B-305 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Kelly and Eva King, of Winston-Salem, N.C., for $1,045,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,590 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $948,500 in 2009.
Country Club Shores
French River LP sold the home at 540 Putter Lane to Norman Graham and Veda Graham, of Ontario, Canada, for $840,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2009.
Emerald Harbor
Carl Lubetsky, trustee, Delray Beach, sold the home at 671 Old Compass Road to Titus Vanderploeg, of Bosque Farms, N.M., for $590,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1981.

Gary and Barbara Huston sold the home at 2341 Harbour Oaks Drive to Alice Mercer-Bisca, trustee, Longboat Key, for $550,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

George and P. Anne Ploder, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 1102 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to John Lynch, Boston, for $537,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,200 in 1992.

Castellani Associates III LLC sold the Unit 1502 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brad and Tracey Bilut, of Geneva, Ill., for $468,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $519,000 in 2002.

Ronald and Mildred Gamer, of Eden Prairie, Minn., sold their Unit M1-304-J condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kurt and Joanne Prinz, of Park Ridge, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2002.
A&H Sunshine Realty LP sold the Unit M1-204-J condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gerald and Barbara Koss, of Novi, Mich., for $350,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $752,500 in 2005.

R.E.W.D. LLC sold the Unit 105 condominium at 3540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Denise Kravitz, trustee, of N. Easton, Mass., for $325,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1995.
Banyan Bay Club
Louise Rich, trustee, sold the Unit 408 condominium at 5260 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Alyce McLaughlin, of Bedford, Mass., for $317,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $144,000 in 1991.
Longboat Harbour
Helen Ackermann, trustee, of Kettweg, Switzerland, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 4380 Exeter Drive to Louis and Esther Rowitz, of Evanston, Ill., for $220,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 899 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1999.

Bank of America sold the Unit 1 at 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barbara O’Connor, Longboat Key, for $180,500. Built in 1975, it has one bedroom, one bath and 616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

William and Roseann Binstock sold their Unit 807 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gerald Biller, trustee, for $1,575,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2010.
Bird Key
Vivian Kouvant, Sarasota, sold the home at 351 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Bruce and Linda Heckenberg, trustees, Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,500 in 1981.
Bruce Heckel, William Heckel and L. Howard Payne, trustees, sold the home at 432 Partridge Circle to Paul and Marie Pressel, of Rockville, Md., for $600,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1984.

DiMarco Family Limited Partnership sold the Unit 84 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Patricia Austin, Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2006.

Bette Cimino and James Cimino, Chicago, sold their Unit 204 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nadine and Claude Nichols, Sarasota, for $273,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $274,200 in 2002.
