Hudson Crossing condo sells for $1,375,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 30 and May 4.

A condominium in Hudson Crossing tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael Janes and Franziska Janes, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit PH-C condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Patrick Neal, trustee, Sarasota, for $1,375,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,245,100 in 2007.

Brian Schaffer, Venice, sold his Unit 1206 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Linda Miller, of Littleton, Colo., for $757,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,597 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2007.

The Landings
Shaun and Wendy Merriman, Sarasota, sold their home at 1718 Peregrine Point to Barry and Eleanor Faber, Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2005.

Leslie Tolep and Barbara Kastell sold the home at 1592 Landings Terrace to Edgar and Carmen Lawrence, Sarasota, for $571,300. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,731 square feet of living area. It sold for $441,500 in 1986.

Bay Plaza
Chevy Chase Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 905 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Ruth Kent, trustee, Sarasota, for $655,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,500 in 2003.

Condominium on the Bay
Christine Scheffert, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 1606 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Sameh and Liza Morcos, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $400,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of area. It sold for $159,200 in 1996.

Sapphire Shores
Bay Bridge Homes LLC sold the home at 442 N. Shore Drive to Vicki Lachman, of Avalon, N.J., for $342,900. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,598 square feet of living area. It sold for $80,000 in 1982.

Indian Beach Estates
Raymond and Mary Newton sold their home at 5224 Eastchester Drive to Joel and Kari Dollar, of Coppell, Texas, for $222,000. Built in 1947, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1991.

South Gate
Crownpointe LLC sold the home at 2729 Tangelo Drive to Robert Sherman and Marie Sherman, trustees, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $107,500 in 2011.

Landings South
Richard and Suzanne Jungmann sold their Unit 204 condominium at 204 Starling Drive to Mike and Kathy Hall, of Ontario, Canada, for $210,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of area. It sold for $161,000 in 1989.

William and Florence Bartlett, Sarasota, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 5235 Heron Way to Wendee Wolfson, trustee, Washington, D.C., for $205,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of area. It sold for $158,000 in 1998.

CNLBANK sold the home at 680 Mac Ewen Drive to Wade and Paula Tucker, Osprey, for $585,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,506 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,505,000 in 2005.

Dennis and Florence Richardson, Sarasota, sold their home at 7851 Estrella Court to Mihail and Rodica Vasilescu, of Middletown, N.J., for $483,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,100 square feet.

Lorren Perdue, of Foley, Ala., sold the home at 253 Harbor House Drive to Jeffrey Hawkins and Magdalena Reyes, Osprey, for $449,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,500 in 1992.

Andrew and Siri Bartlett, Osprey, sold their home at 112 Tina Island Drive to Eric and Jennfier Faust, of Hummelstown, Pa., for $425,000. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2000.

John and Wendy Huntington, of Harrogate, United Kingdom, sold their home at 8309 Jesolo Lane to Henry Prince and Donna Starr-Prince, Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,000 in 2003.

Paul Carter sold his home at 5039 Flagstone Drive to Jeffrey and Susan Solomon, Sarasota, for $237,500. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,744 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,900 in 2001.

Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 743 Shadow Bay Way to Blue Skye LLC for $206,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2004.

Joseph Manfredo, Longboat Key, sold his home at 469 Ingres Drive to Paul and Patricia Matulis, Nokomis, for $220,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,921 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $114,000 in 2011.
