A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Andrew Rubin, of Malibu, Calif., sold his home at 724 Tropical Circle to Tara Raven, Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 2,603 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2000.
Gulf and Bay Club
James Kapp Jr., trustee, of Mission Hills, Kan., sold the Unit 406 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to William Vanderhoef, trustee, of Troy, Mich., for $865,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area.
Horizons West
Carlos Rivero, trustee, Orlando, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher Gistis and Linsday Gistis, trustees, of Plymouth, Mass., for $720,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,552 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,525,000 in 2006.
Terrace East
Raj and Theresa Sadasivan, of Sibley, Mo., sold their Unit 604 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Norma Gannon, trustee, Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $915,000 in 2008.
Casarina
Hanfred and Jacqueline Seela, of Pike, Ohio, sold their Unit 407 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Mark Hazeltine, trustee, of Arlington, Heights, Ill., for $680,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,000 in 1990.
William Redmond, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, sold the Unit 605 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Ray and Rosemary Falk, of Hudson, Ill., for $552,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2001.
Tivoli by the Sea
Robert and Carol Perricone, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold their Unit 607 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Herbert and Joann Nevyas, of Narberth, Pa., for $625,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1986.
Crystal Sands
Michael Goich, Chicago, sold his Unit 411 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to Bonita Rose, of Ontario, Canada, for $598,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2008.
Lands End
Elizabeth and Brian Ouellette, of Maggie Valley, N.C., sold their home at 10 Lands End Lane to Richard and Mary Strauss, Matlacha, for $540,300. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,396 square feet of living area.

Charles and Linda Hewins, of Star Valley Ranch, Wyo., sold their Unit 207 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Gary and Kathleen Nock, Sarasota, for $517,500. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,593 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,000 in 1997.

Sally Breil sold her home at 7233 Pine Needle Road to Jack Rhian and Solveig Eibert, of E. Rockaway, N.Y., for $515,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2001.
Sandy Cove
Thomas and Rosemary Kosturik sold their Unit 10-5E condominium at 22 Sandy Cove Road to James and Elizabeth Siegfried, Sarasota, for $511,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,876 square feet of living area.

Frank Schuster sold his Unit A-501 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Albert and Barbara Royce, Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004.
El Presidente
Randi and Edward McCurdy, trustees, of Springfield, Ohio, sold the Unit 507 condominium at 6326 Midnight Pass Road to Charles and Margaret Olinger, of W. Haven, Conn., for $455,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2004.
David and Rosemarie Voltz, Sarasota, sold their Unit 506 condominium at 6326 Midnight Pass Road to SMJEP Holdings LLC for $420,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2001.
Siesta Dunes Beach
LaGrasso LLC sold the Unit 202 condominium at 6206 Midnight Pass Road to Paul and Virginia de Verteuil, of Powell, Ohio, for $410,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $551,100 in 2004.
Ocean Beach
American Land Investors Corp. sold the home at 513 Givens St. to Hofmann Asskuranz Inc. for $409,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,592 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2000.
Coquille
Louise Vivacqua, of Williamsville, N.Y., sold her Unit 301 condominium at 1175 Coquille St. to Paul and Kathryne Ratterman, of Pewee Valley, Ky., for $400,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,500 in 1998.

Mark Flannagan, Sarasota, sold his Unit P-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Julie Inman, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2011.
Siesta Towers
Mike Martel and Karen Mathison, trustees, of British Columbia, Canada, sold the Unit 10-B condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Manuel Ponte and Dean Ponte, trustees, of Pawtucket, R.I., for $400,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1987.
The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Phyllis Pinto-Ghingold, Apopka, sold the Unit 5 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Debra Silver, trustee, of Bloomfield, Mass., for $400,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2004.

Dennis and Nancy Kuchan, of Palos Heights, Ill., sold their Unit 921 condominium at 6396 Midnight Cove Road to 921 OCI LLC for $365,900. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,472 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1981.

Robert Milosavljevic and Randa Ghama, of Charlestown, Mass., sold their home at 796 Plymouth St. to Nancy Hersom and Michael Hersom, Sarasota, for $355,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,499 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2011.
Peppertree Bay
Derek and Sandra Ingram, of New Berlin, Wis., sold their Unit 115 condominium at 6033 E. Peppertree Way to Brian and Marilyn Turnbull, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $335,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2003.
Tortuga Beach
Adele Lotz sold her Unit 300 condominium at 8730 Midnight Pass Road to Sam and Patricia Towell, of Ontario, Canada, for $335,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,500 in 1995.
Beachway Apartments
Sandra DeAngelo, trustee, of Mahoning, Ohio, sold the Unit I-3 condominium at 5600 Beach Way Drive to Charles Paraboschi, of Woodland Park, N.J., for $295,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1994.
