Concession home tops week's sales at $1.6 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 7 and May 11.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anchor Builders of S.W. Florida Inc. sold the home at 8342 Farington Court to Tynney and Deanna Murchie, of Clarence, N.Y., for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,637 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
The Maurjon General Partnership sold the home at 6923 Belmont Court to George Argyros Jr., of Newport Beach, Calif., for $1.55 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.1 million in 2007.

Ron Drzewucki, Bradenton, sold his home at 7965 Royal Birkdale Circle to Philip and Ellen Taub, Lakewood Ranch, for $620,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $855,000 in 2005.

David and Laurie Garzarelli sold their home at 6607 The Masters Ave. to Welles and Lillian Guilmartin, of Middletown, Conn., for $565,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2008.

Jerry and Janice Hanson, of Morrison, Colo., sold their home at 7112 Presidio Glen to John and Susan Archer, Lakewood Ranch, for $360,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2007.
