L'Ambiance condominium sells for $1.9 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 7 and May 11. A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mary Ann O’Neil sold her Unit D-805 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Elizabeth Greenleaf, of Meadville, Pa., for $1.9 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2006.

Grand Bay
Joyce Weiss, of Cambridge, Mass., sold her Unit 172 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Christopher and Gail Thomas, Longboat Key, for $850,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area.

Sally Ross, trustee, sold the Unit 132 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to MGA Homes Ltd. for $700,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,500 in 1995.

The Pierre
Newberry Holdings Ltd. sold the Unit 408 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Raymond Armstrong and Maureen Armstrong, trustees, of Dartmouth, Mass., for $840,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,300 in 1991.

Tangerine Bay Club
Robert Sherman, Sarasota, sold his Unit 524 condominium at 380 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Spector, of Wooster, Ohio, for $760,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,310 square feet of living area.

Linda Cooper, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 102 condominium at 2675 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Cooper, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $750,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1989.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Richard Kilpatrick Jr. sold his Unit 3104 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Helen Seiple and Joann Abbott, Longboat Key, for $660,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $303,500 in 1986.

Tiffany Plaza
Earl Ware Jr., Tampa, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Ann Fitzgibbons, of Okoboji, Iowa, for $532,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,000 in 1980.

Laguna Yacht Village
Spinwell Laguna LLC sold the Unit 4 condominium at 6328 Laguna Drive to Jeffrey and Christine Johnson, Longboat Key, for $529,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2004.

Whitney Beach
Alan and Judith Corney sold their Unit 306 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Albert and Cindy Lees, of Westport Point, Mass., for $525,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1981.

Seaplace
Charles Howey Jr., trustee, of Grosse Ile, Mich., sold the Unit M1-511G condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Beachhouse 2 LBK LLC for $470,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2006.

Warren and Diane Albert, of Chicago Heights, Ill., sold their Unit G1-107-A condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Kelly Zyblock, of Ontario, Canada, for $345,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1992.

Philip and Elaine Turner sold their Unit G6-208A condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter Burbank, of London, for $258,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $356,000 in 2008.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Debra Pagano, of Brick, N.J., sold her Unit 1402 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Ellen Pastirik, of Ontario, Canada, for $438,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1996.

Beach Harbor Club
Lynn Knight, trustee, of Haverford, Pa., sold the Unit E-312 condominium at 3808 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Scott and Melissa Kadish, Cincinnati, for $415,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1979.

Westchester
Marjorie Lobdell, trustee, Bradenton, sold her Unit 302 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Everett Colby, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $410,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Robert Boyatt sold the home at 725 Norton St. to Randall and Charlotta Langely, Longboat Key, for $399,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2011.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Fred Madden, trustee, of Rock Hill, S.C., sold the Unit 67 condominium at 868 Spanish Drive N. to Robert and Nora Collis, Longboat Key, for $365,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2004.

Sands Point
Doris Miller, trustee, and Joseph Miller, of Glen Mills, Pa., sold the Unit 206 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Maria Santos and Lucia Ratmiroff, Wesley Chapel, for $360,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $103,000 in 1984.

Gulf of Mexico Drive Apartments
Leo Santacroce, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 4 condominium at 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew Bers, Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2006.

Bird Key
David and Michelle Sylveter, Sarasota, sold their home at 658 Mourning Dove Drive to Rene DiPinto, Sarasota, for $980,700. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,472 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in February.

Joann Abbott and Helen Seiple, Sarasota, sold their home at 618 Owl Way to Kendall and Lynn Smith, New York, for $800,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.

Lido Surf and Sand
Joan Platt, trustee, sold the Unit 711 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark and Cathy Hogan, of Loveland, Ohio, for $400,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,000 in 1991.
