Tower Residences condo sells for $1.8 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 7 and May 11. A condominium in the Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rae Schwartz, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Fiona Lohrisch, Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2005.

Oyster Bay Estates
Cheryl Stanzione and Garretson Creighton, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 1414 N. Lake Shore Drive to Peter Gallagher and Caroline Boutte, Washington, D.C., for $1,575,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,162,500 in 1999.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 727 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Fred and Rita Richman, Sarasota, for $1,097,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,097,000 in 2003.
