The following residential real-estate transactions took place between May 14 and May 18. A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ann and Paul Kelleher, of Newtown Square, Pa., sold their home at 600 Putting Green Lane to Timothy and Jerri Walroth, Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,072,000 in 1996.
Grand Mariner on Longboat Key
Grand Mariner on Dream Island LLC sold the Unit 22B condominium at 595 Dream Island Road to Jerry and Jorja Allen, of Centennial, Wyo., for $1,317,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. The 14-unit Grand Mariner development previously sold for $9.5 million in 2011.

Jeffrey and Margaret Cianci, of Riverside, Conn., sold their Unit 206 condominium at 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bertha Scott, of Ontario, Canada, for $1 million. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2000.
Marina Bay
Ruth Kent, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 123 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Suzanne Goldenson, Longboat Key, for $985,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 1996.
Water Club I at Longboat Key
Sanford Zatcoff, trustee, Atlanta, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Meister, Longboat Key, for $850,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2004.

Wendy Lynn, Andrew Bermant, Jeffrey Bermant and Anne Hancock, of Greenwich, Conn., sold their Unit 902 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Alice Greenwald, of Armonk, N.Y., for $842,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 1994.

Mehmet and Julianne Vardan sold their Unit 3204 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglas Fiske, Longboat Key, for $630,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $747,000 in 2004.

Douglas Fiske, Longboat Key, sold his Unit 616 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Paul and Jane Cockrel, of Greenwood, Colo., for $579,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2011.

Joseph and Constance Ellison sold their Units 314 and 315 condominiums at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Eric and Christine Carlson, of Wilmington, Del., for $515,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $311,000 in 1991.

Robert and Barbara Beardsley, of Hickory Corners, Mich., sold their Unit 104 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to NWM Group II Ltd. for $450,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1989.

Arthur and Louise Grim, of Reading, Pa., sold their home at 2305 Harbour Oaks Drive to Jerrold and Susan Becker, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $430,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2005.

JP Morgan Chase Bank sold the Unit 8 condominium at 5311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jacques and Leila Abdo, of Ontario, Canada, for $290,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $512,600 in 2006.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the Unit M2-107 condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Edward Wladis and Lianne Pinchuck, Longboat Key, for $288,800. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,000 in 2001.

Gayle Spinazze and Kimberly Busuttil, of St. Clair, Mich., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nelson Roy and Marta Roy, trustees, of Great Falls, Va., for $370,000.
