A home in Royal Palm Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edith Mehiel, Sarasota, sold her home at 1240 Northport Drive to Jill Taffet and Janine Gevas, Sarasota, for $935,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $833,000 in 2000.
Mira-Mar
Najjar Construction Inc. sold the home at 7900 Midnight Pass Road to Timothy and Deborah Sebion, Sarasota, for $752,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.
Prince’s Gate
Steven and Deborah Grossman, Nokomis, sold their home at 1287 Whitehall Place to Paul and Diana Wilkinson, Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 2004.
Siesta’s Bayside Waterside East
Kenneth and Cheryl Kornhaus, Sarasota, sold their home at 560 Commonwealth Place to Frank and Diane Conforti, of Towavo, N.J., for $640,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $598,500 in 2002.
Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Bruce and Janice Winbun, of Noblesville, Ind., sold their Unit 607 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Charles and Karen Overbey, of Girard, Ill., for $515,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,500 in 1988.
Gulf and Bay Club Bayside
Damm LLC sold the Unit 1245-B condominium at 1245 Siesta Bayside Drive to Alex S LLC for $425,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2002.
Sarasota Beach
Lisa Fouraker sold her home at 611 Avenida De Mayo to Jeffrey Schell, of Williamsburg, Va., for $385,000. Built in 1947, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2006.
Gulf Haven
Kevin and Kathleen Stallworth sold their Unit 15 condominium at 5860 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Pamela Remijas, of Western Springs, Ill., for $375,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2006.
