Home in Country Club Village sells for $1.26 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26.

A home in Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Bradbury, of Sarasota, sold his home at 13232 Palmers Creek Terrace to David and Lisa Grain, of Sarasota, for $1.26 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,950 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2010.

Harbour Walk
Sam Rodgers Properties Inc. sold the home at 500 Mast Drive to Wanda Garcia, of Bradenton, for $1,142,500. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,797 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch
Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 7320 Desert Ridge Glen to R. Scott and Tamara Connin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $890,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,403 square feet of living area.

Carl and Lucy Carbone, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 8322 Tartan Fields Circle to Sara Mills, of Lakewood Ranch, for $240,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,300 in 2003.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
CCIST LLC sold the home at 15401 Linn Park Terrace to Lakshman and Gayathri Watawala, of Lakewood Ranch, for $850,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,007 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Michael Boyle and Laura Simpson-Boyle, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14726 Bowfin Terrace to Jason Zabawa, of Lakewood Ranch, for $465,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,103 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Gregory and Dawn Rusnak, of Lexington, Mass., sold their home at 7657 Camden Harbour Drive to Jaroslaw and Rosario Kowalczyk, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 116 New Briton Court to Kelli Lee, of Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,390 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,900 in 2004.

Matthias Arend and Michelle Daniels, of Oberstein, Germany, sold their home at 830 Cedar Harbour Court to Timothy and Kristi Rees, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2010.

Robert and Jeneace Slifka, of West Harford, Conn., sold their home at 8705 49th Terrace E. to Paul and Susan Bennett, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,770 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 4901 Creekside Trail to Kelly and Sean Van Vleet, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,000 in 2007.
