Beau Ciel condominium sells for $1,525,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barbara Mei, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Herta Cuneo, of Vernon Hills, Ill., for $1,525,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2011.

Desota Park
Robert and Dinnah Pere, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1914 Hyde Park St. to Jason Mashke, of Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,400 in 2007.

Bay Wood
Vicki Senecal, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3400 Bay Shore Road to Stewart Alexander, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $39,500 in 1977.

Ridgewood
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 2329 Pine Terrace to Evan and Joanna Nicolaides, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2002.

South Gate
Jill Berg, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2704 Tanglewood Drive to Kenneth and Ann Baker, of Bethany Beach, Del., for $210,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,805 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2007.

Gulf Gate Woods
Jones Securities LLC sold the home at 7436 Dickens Drive to Annemarie Boerner, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,000 in 2002.

Full Throttle Properties LLC sold the home at 2905 Post Road to Ralph and Jennifer Hageman, of Cincinnati, for $235,900. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2001.

Gulf Gate East
Janice Harmon, of Richland, Mo., sold her home at 3863 Kingston Blvd. to Ryan Perrone, of Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,500 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,400 in 1985.

Betty McGrath, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8325 Canary Palm Court to Paul and Francine Schatz, of Sarasota, for $289,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,166 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,400 in 1999.

Lesley Irmisch, of Osprey, sold her home at 504 Meadow Sweet Circle to Mary Green, trustee, of Osprey, for $245,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,788 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2007.

Susan Hilligas, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1602 condominium at 4462 Streamside Court to Thomas and Lori Hartwig, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2006.

Fred and Patricia Coslett, of The Villages, sold their home at 7417 Monte Verde to Jeffrey and Judith Goldberg, of Pleasantville, N.Y., for $562,500. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,057 square feet of living area.

Howard and Susan Sole, of Concord, N.C., sold their home at 8532 Woodbriar Drive to Mariesa Redepenning, of Sarasota, for $423,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2003.

Philip and Shelly Portera, of Sevierville, Tenn., sold their home at 4758 Antler Trail to Paul Welch, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $678,000 in 2006.

Eugene and Denise Bittner, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7782 Holiday Drive to Kenneth and Heather Larabee, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $949,900 in 2004.

Martin Schlosberg, trustee, of Hollywood, sold the home at 1411 Southbay Drive to James and Mary Roberts, of Lakeland, for $330,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,026 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,000 in 1983.

Lloyd Renk sold his home at 416 Casey Key Road to William and Mildred Blevins, of Nokomis, for $500,000. Built in 1930, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 719 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $37,000 in 1977.
