Three-bedroom River Forest home tops sales at $585,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2.

A home in River Forest tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Harold Pearman, of Colorado Springs, Colo., sold the home at 5968 River Forest Circle to James and Stacey Leiber, of Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,000 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Minto Communities LLC sold the home at 15522 Leven Links Place to Kenneth and Brenda Cummins, of Lakewood Ranch, for $530,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,008 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Richard and Susan Nowak, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7529 Harrington Lane to Stuart Schwartz and Gayle Jackson, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,130 square feet of living area.

Ronni Knox, of Bradenton, sold the home at 9612 Old Hyde Park Place to James and Karen Hricik, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,175 square feet of living area.

Ronald and Mary Cournoyer, of Dennis, Mass., sold their home at 10520 Cheval Place to Robert and Morgana Robson, of Bradenton, for $332,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,576 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in August.

David and Claudia Hoffman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 10073 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Travis and Kelly McLeod, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,011 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Sheryl Lanning, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6911 197th St. E. to Richard and Diane Illch, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2000.

William and Laura Ledford, of Sebring, sold their home at 15204 21st Ave. E. to Hank and Susan Stefanski, of Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,500 in 2007.

Jerald and Bettie Hudson, of Louisville, Tenn., sold their home at 13718 Upper Manatee River Road to Daimler Eufemia and Erika Depaz, of Bradenton, for $332,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,000 in 2002.

Clyde Davis sold his home at 130 Peony Court to Steven and Lorraine Dahl, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,500 in 2008.

M. Ali Anoshiravani and Gohartaj Javaherian, of Parrish, sold their home at 12732 Daisy Place to Douglas and Erin Wogan, of Redington Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,500 in 2011.

Jerald North, of Bradenton, sold his home at 4747 Compass Drive to James and Carol Lee, of Auburn, Mass., for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,632 square feet of living area.

John and Stephanie Fleming, of Bradenton, sold their home at 519 River Enclave Court to Kent and Susan Wiles, of Wilton, Maine, for $269,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2010.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
William and Pamela Marrs, of Richmond, Va., sold their home at 8222 Snowy Egret Place to Lance and Corynne Bolam, of Bradenton, for $268,700. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2006.

Bruce Bachofer, of St. Peters, Mo., sold his home at 5512 40th Ave. E. to Steven Deming and Lenna Andrews, of Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 1993.

Joan Yuen, of Tampa, sold her home at 8160 Villa Grande Court to Jordan Satarawala, of Sarasota, for $204,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $211,900 in 2008.

Peter Steiner of Klagenfurt, Austria, sold his Unit 314 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Nancy Rogers, of Loudonville, N.Y., for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1994.

Howard and Peggy Dubois sold their Unit 116 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Susan Davies, of Westwood, Mass., for $385,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1996.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Joseph Turgeon, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 200 condominium at 911 Spanish Drive S. to Eric Gietl and Kirsten Beyer, of Kemah, Texas, for $300,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,600 in 1988.
