A condominium in Terrace East tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jonathan Barnett, of Purchase, N.Y., sold his Unit 303 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Ralph Basile and Karen MacDonald-Basile, of Sterling Heights, Mich., for $635,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1990.

Martin Amontree, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5076 Sandy Shore Ave. to Stephen Carlino, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet of living area.
Point of Rocks Terrace
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 1022 Crescent St. to Madeline Brogan, of Sarasota, for $469,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.
Siesta Dunes Beach
Pedro and Rosa Suarez-Solar, of Ballwin, Mo., sold their Unit 6238-A condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Sandy Ventures LLC for $355,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2002.

Carla Kohlmeier, trustee, of Milan, Ind., sold the Unit 21 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Donald and Gina Snyder, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $68,000 in 1980.
La Siesta
Michael and Susan Strickland sold their Unit 418 condominium at 915 Beach Road to Nikolay Nikolov and Penka Gibinska, of Southold, N.Y., for $295,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2000.
Siesta Harbor
Myles and Penelope Milligan, of New Brunswick, Canada, sold their Unit 409 condominium at 1350 N. Portofino Drive to Louis and Margaret O’Drobinak, of Crown Point, Ind., for $293,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,500 in 2010.

McElwain Brothers LP sold the Unit 2 condominium at 9026 Midnight Pass Road to Nikolay Nikolov and Penka Gibinska, of Southold, N.Y., for $282,500. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $267,000 in 2009.
Polynesian Gardens
James Marshall sold his Unit L-12 condominium at 1284 Moonmist Circle to Todd Salemi and Paul Erbach, of Parkridge, Ill., for $222,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $37,500 in 1977.
