Home in Concession sells for $1.45 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 17 and Sept. 21.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Frank and Kathy Kucer, of Northampton, Pa., sold their home at 19457 Ganton Ave. to Llomell and Kristen Llorca, of Bradenton, for $1.45 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,996 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
LWH LLC sold the home at 14907 Camargo Place to Royce and Teresa Morris, of Greensboro, Ga., for $852,600. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,395 square feet of living area.

Harbour Walk
Barry and Sany Severs, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4705 Mainsail Drive to Carl Sohns and Susan Sherrow, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., for $775,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,494 square feet of living area.

Landis and Nancy Groff, of Orefield, Pa., sold their home at 4749 Mainsail Drive to Steven and Monica Geyer, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,608 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Susan Hill and Kelly Cureton sold their home at 7212 Pasadena Glen to Raymond and Connie Brooks, of Lakewood Ranch, for $752,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2008.

Regents Park
Arthur Guilford, trustee, and Marilyn Guilford, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8223 Regents Court to Robert and Marjorie Stem, of University Park, for $620,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $797,500 in 2007.

Henley
Donald and Vivian Herklotz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7003 Lancaster Court to Jerry and Susan Maliot, of University Park, for $530,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,439 square feet of living area.

River Club South
David and Laura Camire, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7644 Harrington Lane to Richard and Ann Omohundro, of Lakewood Ranch, for $530,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,729 square feet of living area. 

James and Elaine Hart, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7305 Pine Valley St. for $359,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,355 square feet of living area.

William and Meryl Fell, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22304 Panther Loop to Joseph Novak Jr., of Long Valley, N.J., for $460,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,859 square feet of living area.

Donald and Edna Hoye, of New Wilmington, Pa., sold their home at 22225 Panther Loop to Carolyn Rummel, of Palmetto, for $430,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,000 in 2001.

Watercrest
George and Diann Thanas sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6414 Watercrest Way to John Hinson and Michael Hetsler, of Bradenton, for $402,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2008.

Steven and Roberta Klar, of Palm Harbor, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6465 Watercrest Way to G. Thomas and Barbara Sacks, of Lakewood, Wash., for $310,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $601,600 in 2006.

Harry and Lisa Durand, of Ballston, N.Y., sold their Unit 402 condominium at 6465 Watercrest Way to Eleanor Iacobelli, of Lakewood Ranch, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $461,800 in 2006.

Richard and Patricia Kosenski, of Poinciana, sold their home at 8226 Santa Rosa Court to John and Deana Sparling, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $493,500 in 2008.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 12434 Daisy Place to Robert and Cynthia Fluck, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,556 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,900 in 2007.

Jeffrey and Nitza Evans, of Bradenton, sold their home at 218 Petrel Trail to Louis and Angela DeBrosse, of Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $642,300 in 2006.

George and Linda Dabbiero sold their home at 236 Dahlia Court to George and Sandra Druist, of Bradenton, for $229,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,197 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 2009.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 306 Woodview Way to Stephen and Mary Birsinger, of St. Louis, for $223,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

Chaparral
Greg Meisinger, of Williamsburg, Va., sold his home at 6020 Anvil Ave. to Angela Aldana, of Sarasota, for $210,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,631 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,100 in 1997.

Preserves at Palm-Aire
Gary and Patty Yaris, of Springfield, Ill., sold their Unit 12 condominium at 7620 Preserves Court to Anthony Buono and Milena Dini, of Westbury, N.Y., for $200,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,515 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,500 in 2011.
